Questions we get asked

Can we pick up an order, or do you deliver to offices?+
Both. Pickup from our Artarmon studio is about ten minutes up the highway, Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Or we will courier straight to your North Sydney office reception. Tell us your deadline and we will be straight with you about whether we can hit it.
Is there a minimum order?+
No minimum. That matters for offices, because you can order a few samples for sign off before committing budget to the full staff run.
How long does it take?+
About a week from artwork approval. For launches and conferences, give us the date early and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
Can I bring my own garments?+
Yes. That is our BYO service: $15 one-off art setup per design, then $12 a print, no minimum. Cotton and cotton rich fabrics print best.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your artwork, the garment and colour you want, quantities and sizes, and when you need them. If your artwork is not print ready we can sort that out.
