Questions we get asked
Can I come in from Lane Cove and pick up in person?+
Yes. We are at 4/18-20 Hotham Parade, Artarmon, open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. It is a short drive from the Lane Cove village. Walk-ins are fine, and you are welcome to pick up your order rather than pay for delivery.
Is there a minimum order?+
None. One shirt is fine. For a school fundraiser or a full junior side, screen printing brings the per shirt price right down and we will point you that way.
How long does it take?+
Standard is up to two weeks once the artwork is approved, and Express is within a week for an extra $2.50 a garment on selected products. Season starts and school events get busy, so the earlier you ask the better we can plan it.
Can I bring my own garments?+
Yes. $15 one-off art setup per design, then $12 a print, no minimum. Schools and clubs often have shirts already sitting in a cupboard from last season. Cotton and cotton rich fabrics take the print best.
What do you need from me to start?+
Your artwork, the garment and colour, a size breakdown, and the date you need them. School and club artwork is often a scan or a photo of an old logo, which is fine, we will redraw it so it prints cleanly.
