Trades and site crews
Block Safety Tees and Long Sleeves in safety colours, with a Surf Safety Cap to match. Logo on the front, business name large across the back, where it reads from across a site.
Cafes, bars and food trucks
A Chad Polo or plain tee with a small chest logo looks tidy behind a counter. Staff change often, so you can order a single polo for a new starter whenever you need one.
Clubs and teams
The Heavy Baseball Jersey in black or bone for the players, tees or hoodies for the sideline. The club logo sits in the same place on every piece, for eight players or eighty.
Offices, schools and events
Polos for the front desk, tees for event volunteers, crews for winter. Order what you need now and top it up later from the same artwork, so the second batch matches.
Printed, screen printed or embroidered
Small team orders are printed and priced instantly in our online designer. For bigger numbers, send the job through for a screen printing quote. Embroidery starts at 100 units per order and is quoted per job; our embroidery work is trusted by ABC, UNSW and Canva. Workwear the team already owns can be printed with BYO printing.
What it costs
What printed uniforms cost
Every garment in the designer is priced the same way: the garment at your quantity, plus a print charge for each spot you print. A chest logo is one print. A logo on the front and your business name across the back is two. GST is included and there is no setup fee.
Quantity is counted per style, so ten polos and ten hi-vis tees are priced as two runs of ten, not one run of twenty.
Ordering a bigger run, or want it embroidered? Screen printing and embroidery are quoted per job, so there is no rate to show here. Email the garment, quantities by size and your artwork to hello@louiestshirtprinting.co and we will send back one itemised figure.
What we print on
Every garment is an AS Colour blank, printed by us in Artarmon. These are the styles built for uniform work:
- Chad Polo (5402): black, army, coal, grey marle, navy or white, sizes S to 5XL.
- Long Sleeve Polo (5404): black or grey marle, S to 2XL.
- Heavy Baseball Jersey (5423): black or bone, S to 3XL.
- Block Safety Tee (5050F): safety yellow, safety orange or safety pink, S to 5XL.
- Block Safety Long Sleeve (5054F): safety yellow or safety orange, S to 3XL.
- Surf Safety Cap (1114F): safety yellow or safety orange, one size.
The full custom T-shirt range, hoodies and crews, and caps go through the same designer, priced the same way. If your site requires a particular hi-vis standard, check the AS Colour listing for that style before you order.
We do not stock button-up work shirts. If your team already has them, or any other workwear, we can print onto those instead.

We check the artwork before anything is printed. Standard turnaround is up to two weeks from artwork approval.

Uniform printing questions
Is there a minimum order for printed uniforms?+
No. One polo is a real order. The price per garment drops as the quantity of that style goes up, so ten polos cost less each than one. Embroidery is the exception, with a minimum of 100 units per order.
Will a reorder match the first batch?+
Yes. We keep your artwork on file, so the logo goes back on at the same size and in the same spot. A reorder is priced at the quantity you order that time, so one extra Chad Polo with a chest logo is $60.
Can you embroider our polos?+
Yes, from 100 units per order. Embroidery is quoted per job, so email us the logo, garment and quantity. Under 100, go with a printed logo, which you can price online.
Can you print on work shirts we already own?+
Yes, with BYO printing. It is $15 one-off artwork setup per design, then $12 a print. Eight of your own shirts with a chest logo comes to $111. Cotton and cotton rich fabrics take it best, so bring one in first if you are unsure.
Do bigger sizes cost more?+
No. Every size in a style is the same price. The Chad Polo and the Block Safety Tee both run up to 5XL.
How long does a uniform order take?+
Standard is up to two weeks from artwork approval. Express is within a week and adds $2.50 a garment, but only on selected styles such as the Staple Tee, Supply Hood and Supply Crew. The polos, the jersey and the hi-vis range are standard turnaround only. If you have a fixed start date, email us before you order.
