Uniforms, team kit and season reorders
SCREEN PRINTING
For uniforms and season runs
Team shirts, school events, staff uniforms. The ink is heavy and it survives a season of washing, and the price per shirt falls away once you are ordering for a whole side or a whole office.
DTF
For names, numbers and sportswear
Polyester playing kit will not take a normal print, and names and numbers change from shirt to shirt. DTF handles both, so a junior side can run the same design with a different name on every back.
DTG
For small batches and kids sizes
No setup fee, so printing eight shirts costs the same per print as printing eighty. Useful for a coaching group, a committee, or a short run of kids sizes alongside the adults.

Questions from clubs and schools
Can we reorder the same shirts next season?+
Yes, and it is worth planning for. We keep your artwork on file so a second run matches the first rather than being slightly off, and we note the garment and colour too. Tell us it is a repeating order and we will keep it together.
Can you do names and numbers on the back?+
Yes. On sportswear that is a DTF job, so every shirt can differ. Send the list through with the order, and get the spellings checked twice before it goes on, because a reprint for one wrong name is still a reprint.
Do you print kids sizes?+
Yes, and you can mix them into the same order as the adults. Junior clubs usually order a spread of kids and adult sizes at once. The price is driven by the garment and the print, not the size.
How long does it take?+
Standard turnaround is up to two weeks. Express is within a week and adds $2.50 a garment on selected products. It is a straightforward courier run to the Hills. If you have a season start or a presentation night, give us the date up front and we will be honest about it.
Is there a minimum order?+
No. DTG and DTF will do a single shirt. Screen printing is where the per shirt price really drops, so for a full side or a whole office it is worth asking which way comes out cheaper.
