SCREEN PRINTING

When it is forty polos for the club or a hundred crew tees, screen printing is the one. The ink sits heavy, it survives the wash, and the price per shirt keeps dropping the more you order. Most of the western work that comes to us lands here.
DTF
The one for hi-vis and polyester
Hi-vis and poly work shirts will not hold a standard print. DTF is a transfer that grips synthetics properly, so a crew can have the same logo on cotton tees and on hi-vis without it looking like two different jobs.
DTG
For samples and small batches
Before you commit to a hundred, get one printed. DTG puts photographic detail straight into cotton with no setup fee, so you can hold a real garment and approve it before the full run goes ahead.

You are not around the corner, so the online path does the work: drop your artwork onto the real garment, see the exact price on screen, approve it, and we courier the boxes out to you, whether you are in Liverpool, Campbelltown or anywhere else in the west.

Questions from out west
You are in Artarmon. How does this work if I am in Penrith?+
Entirely online, and it is the normal way we work with the west. Design it on the site, approve the mock-up and the price, and we courier the boxes out to you. Shipping is added to your invoice so you see it before you pay. You never have to make the drive unless you want to.
Can you print hi-vis and work shirts?+
Yes. Hi-vis and poly work shirts need DTF rather than a standard print, because the ink will not bond properly to synthetics on its own. Tell us what the garments are and we will pick the method that actually lasts on site.
How long does it take?+
Standard turnaround is up to two weeks. Express is within a week and adds $2.50 a garment on selected products. Add a day or so for the courier run out west. If you have a site start or an event date, tell us up front and we will be honest about whether it is achievable.
Can we reorder the same shirts later?+
Yes, and we keep your artwork on file so a second run matches the first rather than being slightly off. Worth knowing if you take on crew through the year and need the same shirts again.
Is there a minimum order?+
No. DTG and DTF will do a single shirt. Screen printing is where the per shirt price really falls away, so if you are kitting out a whole crew it is worth asking which method works out cheaper.
