Louie’s prints everything at 4/18-20 Hotham Parade in Artarmon, a straight run up through the harbour tunnel, and we courier the finished boxes to you. From a ten piece test to a full production run
DTG
For short runs and real detail
Most of the label and studio work from the south starts here. Photographic detail printed straight into the cotton, and no setup fee, so a ten piece drop costs the same per print as a hundred. Good for testing a design before you back it with money.
SCREEN PRINTING
When the run gets serious
Once a design has proved itself and you are ordering in the hundreds, screen printing takes over. Heavier ink, better colour density, and the per unit price drops away. It is the natural next step after a DTG test run.
DTF
For mixed garments in one order
Tote bags, poly jackets and cotton tees in the same order will all take a DTF transfer. Useful when a merch drop is not just t-shirts.

Questions from studios and labels
Can I see a sample before committing to a full run?+
Yes, and for anything you intend to sell we would rather you did. Order a single piece through the site, or come up through the tunnel and we will show you a printed sample in the studio before you commit to the numbers.
How close will the print match my brand colours?+
Close, and we will tell you honestly where it will not. Screen printing gets the tightest match because we mix the ink. DTG is excellent on most things, but very bright fluoros and metallics do not reproduce the same way. Send the artwork through and we will flag anything that will shift before it prints.
I am testing a small run before scaling up. Does that work here?+
That is a good chunk of what we do. No minimum, so ten pieces is a real order, and when the design sells you move to screen printing for the bigger run. Your artwork stays on file so the second run matches the first.
How long does it take?+
Standard turnaround is up to two weeks. Express is within a week and adds $2.50 a garment on selected products. The courier run south is quick, or pickup from Artarmon is free if you would rather collect and check them yourself.
Can you print onto blanks I have sourced myself?+
Yes. That is our BYO service: $15 one-off art setup per design, then $12 a print. Plenty of labels bring their own blanks because they are particular about the fit and the fabric weight, and that is completely fine by us.
